  2. Iseci krompir na polovine, a crveni luk na deblje kriške (polumesece).
  3. Stavi krompir, luk i cele čenove belog luka direktno na veliki pleh za pečenje. Prelij sa 2 kašike maslinovog ulja i začini solju i sveže mlevenim crnim biberom. Sve dobro promešaj da se ravnomerno obloži, pa rasporedi u jedan sloj.
  4. Poređaj pileće karabatake preko začinjenog povrća, tako da kožica bude okrenuta nagore.
  5. Premaži kožicu piletine preostalom 1 kašikom maslinovog ulja. Lagano začini sa još malo soli i bibera kako bi kožica postala maksimalno hrskava.
  6. Peci oko 45 minuta. Jelo je gotovo kada pileća kožica dobije zlatno-braon boju i postane hrskava, a krompir bude mekan pod viljuškom.
  7. Prebaci vruć pečeni krompir i luk na tanjir za serviranje. Odmah namrvi feta sir preko povrća kako bi jelu dodao osvežavajući i kiselkasti ukus.
