  • 450 mililitara (450 grama) Mleka
  • 250 grama Belog brašna (T-400)
  • 3 komada Jaja
  • 50 mililitara (50 grama) Gazirane vode
  • 6 grama (1 kašičica) Soli
  • 1 prstohvat Crnog bibera
Instrukcije
  1. U manjoj činiji dobro umutite jaja i ostavite sa strane. U veliku posudu za mešanje dodajte belo brašno (T-400). Zatim dodajte umućena jaja, gaziranu vodu i mleko. Začinite prstohvatom crnog bibera i soli. Sve zajedno umutite žicom dok ne dobijete potpuno glatku smesu, bez grudvica, lagane i tečne teksture.
  2. Blago premažite uljem tiganj sa nelepljivim premazom i zagrejte ga na srednjoj temperaturi. Kutlačom sipajte smesu u sredinu tiganja i brzo je razlijte kružnim pokretom tiganja kako bi ravnomerno prekrila dno.
  3. Pecite dok ivice ne počnu da se odvajaju i donja strana ne dobije zlatnu boju. Pažljivo okrenite palačinku i pecite i drugu stranu dok ne porumeni. Izvadite iz tiganja i ponovite postupak sa ostatkom smese.
  4. Gotovu palačinku položite ravno. Po sredini rasporedite bogat sloj kremastog fila od pečuraka sa grčkim jogurtom, dodajte svežu rukolu i dimljenu šunku.
  5. Čvrsto urolajte palačinku i poslužite dok je topla.
