  1. Iseci krompir na krupnije komade (na četvrtine ili šestine, zavisno od veličine), paradajz na polovine, a crvenu papriku i luk na deblje kriške. Čenove belog luka preseci na pola ili stavi cele u zavisnosti od veličine.
  2. U dublji pleh za pečenje stavi povrće i meso. Dodaj senf, maslinovo ulje, sok od limuna, so, biber i origano. Rukama dobro promešaj sve zajedno, tako da svaki deo mesa i povrća bude obložen začinima.
  3. Povrće rasporedi po dnu pleha, a meso postavi preko njega. Na dno pleha pažljivo dolij vodu (pazi da ne ispereš začine sa mesa).
  4. Pleh čvrsto zatvori aluminijumskom folijom. Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C sat vremena.
  5. Skini foliju i vrati u rernu na još 15 minuta kako bi se tečnost redukovala i meso počelo da dobija boju.
  6. Okreni meso i peci još 15 minuta na opciji gril (gornji grejač) dok meso i povrće ne dobiju lepu, zlatnu boju.
