  • 500 grama Šampinjona
  • 170 grama Vode
  • 80 grama Belog sirćeta 5%
  • 20 grama (1½ kašika) Soli
  • 15 grama (1 kašika) Suncokretovog ulja
  • 3 grama (1½ kašičica) Crnog bibera
  • 2 grama (1 kašičica) Korijandera
  • 1 gram (1 kašičica) Mirođije
  • 1 gram (1 kašičica) Majorama
Instrukcije
  1. Očistiti šampinjone.
  2. Pomešati šampinjone sa 9 grama ulja i soli, pa rasporediti u pleh.
  3. Peći u rerni: 200 °C 10 min ili 180 °C sa ventilatorom 12 min.
  4. Dok se peku, pripremiti salamuru: u šerpi pomešati vodu, sirće, biber, korijander, majoran, mirođiju i so, pa zagrejati do ključanja. Ostaviti da se malo prohladi.
  5. Pečene šampinjone staviti u sterilnu teglu i preliti salamuru, pazeći da budu potpuno potopljeni
  6. Ostaviti da se ohladi, zatvoriti teglu i čuvati u frižideru.
